Seniors' Invitation Day
A tie at the top of the field saw Alan Wignall and his partner tie with Jack Harris and his partner, both teams amassing 45 points. Alan and his partner took top spot on a countback. Well played to all who took part.
Captains' Day
This year's event was played in fine conditions with the competitors playing a Mexican Scramble with surprises on the course along the way. Competitors were also treated to a beer and a bap at the half way stage.
Top honours went to the team comprising of Chris Hicks, Craig Manson, Tom Rowlinson and Richard Ponsford who scored and incredible fifteen under par gross and a nett score of 55.1. They pipped the team made up of Louis Doe, Paul Haslett, Andy Ferris and Andy Robbins into second place.
Midweek Medal
Gareth Watkins took top spot in this week's event which, again, was played in very fine conditions and saw an impressive 57 entrants. Gareth's nett 69 was good enough to pip Stephen McNulty and Dan Hayward into second and third place respectively. They all scored nett 69 but Gareth's countback gave him top spot.

Ladies Stevenson Shield
Merriel Horler produced another impressive performance scoring "5 up" in the Par format competition, Elaine Morgan produced the second best score of the day with "3 up".
