Ladies Team News
I am thrilled to tell you the 'B' team won their match away against Tracy Park 8 - 6. This now gives them a three point lead at the top of their division. Well done to the team for playing in the most awful of conditions. The team consisted of Rosemary Fife (who was Captain of the day), Carol Kirkwood, Heather Priestley, Sue Bamford, Marian Crewe, Alison Lee and Sue Tasker.
Also, the 'A' team of Merriel Horler, Debbie Quinn-Hall, Sandra Jones, Sally Anderson, Ruth Steele, Carol Kirkwood and Rosemary Fife had a good win against Lansdown beating them nine points to five. This result takes them to joint second in the division which is a great achievement. They have three more games to go, two at home and one away. The division is very close, so fingers crossed for some more good results.
