Club Mid-week Stableford
Congratulations go to Harrison Selwyn who had the best score overall with 40 points, Harrison is one of our vastly improving juniors who's handicap has now reduced to 16. Keep up the good work young man. Full results were as follows:
Division One - First place - Harrison Selwyn, second place - Nimalan Pathmanathan and in third place - Mike Walker.
Division Two - First place - Peter Williams, second place - David Osmond and in third place - Alan Phillips.
Ladies 'B' Team
I am very pleased to say the Ladies 'B' Team have had two very good results recently. Firstly a narrow loss of 6 - 8 away to Chipping Sodbury last Sunday which was captained by Sue Tasker and a very good win of 10 - 4 away against Weston-Super-Mare 'B' Team. Well done to all of the team.
Ladies Open Bowmaker
Wednesday saw the meteorological first day of summer and also the running of the annual Ladies Open Bowmaker event. The home ladies put on a very good performance with teams finishing second, third and fourth overall.
